Solar Plexus Chakra Exercise

I have been away for a couple of weeks. One week was because I had a big show to do and the other week I took off to spend with my Cousin Eraka. Eraka is a Cherokee Healer. You should all check her out at www.myspace.com/eraka7! We had a lot of fun and learned much from each other!

Do you ever feel like you are “not enough” somehow? Not tall enough, pretty enough, talented enough? Why do we all at sometimes feel this way? What leads us into this type of thinking and suffering?

I believe it is the teachings of our society. They teach us that unless we are physically perfect or at least attractive that we will be unloved. Society teaches us, at least in America, that only beautiful people are successful and have money. I think Trump is an exception. LOL We also learn from society that we can’t progress up the social ladder unless we step on and crush those beneath us!

It’s a mighty big job, but we need to shed these social teachings and discover our own true inner personal power. We need to bolster our self esteem because in the Divine realm we are all perfect! Just the way we are, just weight we are, just how smart we are. The Divine doesn’t see us the way we see ourselves. We must learn to view ourselves through Divine light and let go of these negative social teachings that have been instilled in us since early childhood. We are all perfect, just the way we are! When you learn to accept yourself and love yourself fully do you fling open the door of unlimited power and potential!

I was brought up really believing that I was completely unlimited, without borders or boundaries. I can learn or do anything that I want! People have often asked me is there anything you don’t do? I promptly answer “NO!”. I have always had good self esteem. It wasn’t until I had been physically ill for over 20 years that my self esteem started to go! It’s been a real bugar to get it back!

Here is a good exercise and mantra to help you along the way to releasing the negative (dark) from your tummy (solar plexus) chakra and replacing it with personal power and self esteem (yellow).

First sit with your spine straight. Let your mind go down into your stomach, this is where your soul resides. Open up your mind and let it be still for a few minutes, breathe in and out a few times to steady yourself. Let go of stress and your day.

Now, focus your mind totally on your stomach, try to see if there is a energy block of any kind in there. Then if so, try to see a picture of it and let yourself know what it is about or in relation to. Next, after you get all of that established, breathe in beautiful sun yellow into your tummy and exhale the blockage no matter what it looks like. The yellow color contains self esteem, self worth and unlimited personal power. You will really “feel” this change so accept it as your new normal! Keep going with yellow in and blockages out until you feel like the block has been cleared. Then get up and go to the mirror and say “I am Divine and unlimited just like the Universe, I am powerful!”. Say this mantra at least three times loud and proud in the mirror. Do this daily and watch your personal power grow!!
